If you purchased a license and are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Simply email us at support@kubebar.app with your order details (the email address used at checkout or your Paddle order/receipt number). The corresponding license will be deactivated.
Purchases are handled by our reseller Paddle.com Market Limited (Merchant of Record). Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. You may also contact Paddle directly via paddle.net regarding any charge.
As a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital products. Please note that this right may expire once the download/activation begins with your express consent. Our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee above applies regardless and is at least as favourable to you.
